Responsibilities:   1.负责本公司产品的安装、调试、维护及故障处理。 Company products installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting. 2.负责焊接样品的测试及调试。 Sample welding test and optimization. 3.负责协助销售技术选型 Support sales for technical applications and solutions 4.负责本公司产品的售后跟踪，反馈用户对产品使用情况的意见和建议 After sales following, feedback the ideas and suggestions from customers 5.负责做好售后服务信息的登记及处理，协助做好产品售后跟踪服务。 Record and handle the service information, assist to follow the after sales service. 6.完成部门上级，经理,或公司交办的其它工作。 Complete other works which are from Department manager or company. 7. 在售后服务工作完成的同时，向客户推销备件。 Promote spare parts after service job is done. Requirements: 1.大专及以上学历，电气自动化、机电或机电一体化专业。 College or above degree in Electric Automation, Machinery & Electricity or Mechatronics. Machinery & Electricity. 2.至少3年以上相关岗位或行业工作经验。 At least 3 years’ experience in in the related position or industry. 3.具备自动化、电气、机械制图等专业知识。 Have professional knowledge of Automation, Electric knowledge, and Mechanical drawing. 4. 具有良好的沟通能力、动手能力和客户服务意识。 Good communication skills, hands-on ability and service sense. 5. 良好的英语或德语水平(包括了解技术专业词汇) Good English or German in listening, speaking, reading and writing 6. 吃苦耐劳，愿意经常出差。 Work hand and be willingness to business trip frequently.
